Kiera
Year 7
My name is Kiera and I have just began my journey at Forest. I am really enjoying myself here and particularly love Art and DT. We are lucky to have lots of extra curricular activities, dance being my favourite. Outside of school, my hobby is Irish dancing. I regularly enter competitions, feis, and love wearing my sparkling dress!

When I first started at Forest, I was worried I wouldn't settle, but after completing my first year I have come a long way and have made many new friends. Every day I put my best effort into my learning and I am very proud to say that I am part of the Forest Family.

I have had an amazing time at Forest in the few years I have been here. I have now started my GCSE courses, my teachers are all really supportive and provide a positive environment of learning. Personally, I enjoy Maths and Science and our newly refurbished labs provide a strong desire to learn.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Forest School and I am proud to be the deputy head student supporting students and members of staff alike. This school has prepared me for my next steps after GCSE. I will always treasure my time with Performing Arts, notably being lighting designer for the Billy Elliot show.
