Headboy's Welcome

I am very pleased to introduce you to the Forest School. Having been in the school for the past four years I have experienced first hand how the school runs, and what our school aims to achieve.  Although at the Forest School we aim for high grades we also focus on the maturity of our pupils. We as pupils are encouraged to take on responsibility in various ways, whether it’s representing the school, looking after younger pupils or organising various events. This encourages pupils to grow in confidence. 

Inspiration is key to Forest’s success; teachers inspire pupils to learn and do their best, to delve into topics and extend their understanding of subjects. We’re also encouraged to join the massive selection of after school clubs, and their success is clearly seen in the numbers that attend. 

However we as pupils also want to enjoy our time at Forest, and that’s why we regularly hold intercommunity sports competitions, music events or even teacher karaoke and sumo fighting!
